Ian joined Fibre Technologies in 2000 as an account manager and has progressed through the ranks of sales manager and sales director to managing director in 2008, following a management buyout of the company. His focus is on maintaining a strong management structure and good quality customer and partner relationships, by developing improved support services and growing specialist sales teams. Prior to working at Fibre Technologies, Ian held roles at Westell, Telspec, and GEC Avionics. He is married with five children and enjoys motor sport and flying model aircraft in his spare time.

David has been at Fibre Technologies since 2002 and is responsible for all technical sales and support enquiries, overseeing installations and dealing directly with customers. In addition, he is tasked with developing new partner relationships and customer support services. David has a wealth of experience in the fibre optics market, having previously worked at Cisco before joining Fibre Technologies. Outside of work, David enjoys motorcycling, walking and outdoor pursuits. He is married with two children.

Michael is responsible for setting Fibre Technologies growth strategy, ensuring it remains competitive and achieves continued expansion and success. This involves overseeing investor relations and looking after the financial well-being of the company. Michael worked in the publishing industry for over 12 years before joining Fibre Technologies in 2005. His lifelong ambition is to visit at least 100 countries and has visited 58 so far. He is married has one child and also enjoys outdoor activities including hill walking and cycling in addition to globetrotting.
