Wall
Mountable Boxes
The FTL range of wall mounted patch panels are available as
either a compact unit with a single lockable door which can
serve up to 24 ST FC/PC uniters, or a high capacity unit with
twin lockable doors which can serve up to 36 ST FC/PC uniters.
These panels can be ordered unloaded or customised.
All pre-loaded patch panels include cable management comprising
of a set of bunny clips, a cable gland and a 12/24 position
splice bridge. Similarly patch boxes are available in either
IP55 rated form featuring a gas tight hinged lid with quarter
turn captive screws, or in mild steel form suitable for indoor
application. |

In data networking the 19" 1u panel is the mainstay of
the distribution chain. The new FTL 1u sliding tray panel is
part of a new totally flexible system available in three options;
• Standard 24 port splice panel
• A flexible
panel with three changeable front panels
• A flexible panel with three
slot in modules for plug ëní play networking The
tray is locked in place with two simple to operate plastic catches.
When fully extended the tray is designed to lower to 458°,
or move the tray to the side and it will lock to lower only
108°. This provides the perfect working platform for simple
installation or maintenance. |

& 2U high patch panels and splice enclosures
The FTL range of 19" 1U rack mounting patchpanels can be
supplied loaded or unloaded. Unloaded panels are available as
16-port or 24- port, both suited for ST FC/ PC uniters.
Pre-loaded panels can be supplied in either standard configuration
of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 24-way, or customised. All pre-loaded patch
panels include a set of bunny clips, a cable gland and a 12/24
position splice bridge as standard. Similarly the SC panels
are available unloaded as 8-duplex ports or customised.
The panels are presented in a black finish with clear area for
labelling. These well made economical panels look good in any
cabinet. Rack mounting 1U adjustable patch panels pre-loaded
or unloaded are perfect for patching up to 24 fibres. |

Optical
fibre distribution unit
Optical fibre distribution unit will fit any 19"/23"
standard equipment rack. When in the rack the unit can either
be flush or recessed within the rack to suit individual requirements.
Due to the design of the unit it makes a discrete addition in
a central office optical cable system.
One cabinet design provides OSP cable fibres and pigtail splicing,
patch cord termination and storage. The unique design of the
stack-able modular fusion splicing tray allows for upto 12 splices
giving an incredible 96 splicings per box. Modular adapter panels,
eight adapters per pack, each panel accepts FC, SC, ST and E2000
adapters. |
