Fibre Technologies have, since 1990, offered more than product and services, but that indefinable factor extra value. This takes many forms but the most important value is responsiveness. To always be there to help, coach and nurture any commercial or technical issues which may arise. It may be product installation, technical training or just final clarification of application details. What ever the issue the ability to understand, resolve and implement for customers is paramount.

Extended Warranty Benefits

All of our products come with a 1 year warranty and together with the high standards in production and quality control, enable us to offer additional years of warranty and support. This takes the form of added years of warranty or support, some product offer life time warranty. You may purchase any of these options either at the time of ordering to cover an additional years of warranty or at a latter point typically at the calibration yearly intervals.

 

HOT SWAP Product Support
When products are installed in sensitive areas or at vital interconnect points up-time is vitally important and the standard 24 x 7 support contract costs are normally prohibitive.

What's the solution?

We offer a middle way and a medium cost solution. We can help budget in to the original solution a cost provision for a discounted hot swap product to be held ready for use at any location.

This offers peace of mind at a reasonable cost.


Product installation

We have been asked by some of our larger clients to offer an additional service. This is where products are not just purchased from us but are delivered to site with an engineer to install them. This offers a total solution for those customers whose own engineering support is fully utilised or limited.

This additional service, our customers have been said, allows a cost reduction in engineering staff and a remote method of supporting end users with 'A virtual support team'


Site auditing & Installation

We now offer standalone Audit and Test services. These services are priced per day per engineer attending your site to be audited, qualified, calibrated and tested.

The infrastructure may be Copper or Fibre and the service typically takes one day to perform. A report will be generated and any issues explained in full. The benefit to you includes reduced risk of installation failure and subsequent engineering costs, plus an independent qualified view of your network.
